Stephen has been with Romano’s for over 20 years and his talents, state-of-the-art techniques, and kitchen management skills are boldly displayed at every event at Romano’s. Before coming to Romano’s, Marquis obtained his degree from the Philadelphia School of Restaurant, then honed his talents at such prestigious establishments as the posh Merion Caterers and The Warwick Hotel. The food at Romano’s is freshly prepared and Stephen specializes in the perfect fusion of color, taste, and presentation.
