Use a Company who cares...not these jerks.

On Monday, March 16, 2015, I was driving home from Lexington, Kentucky after a long weekend from working the Lexington Comic & Toy Convention. A 10+ hour drive to New Jersey, and on my trip home, my driver side rear tire went flying beside my Nissan Xterra. Nothing has scared me more than seeing this, and all I was concern about was having my tire hurt someone. Right before the tire coming off, I did feel an issue with my car, caused me to slow down, and possibly save me from a bigger issue.

Now to my point…I called my insurance company who called Bradshaw Service Station, from Ridgeley, WV, 26753. Phone number of 304-738-8664. I made sure that I verified this was company called, and matched up the name, their phone number, etc… After being told that they would be an hour and 20 minutes or so to pick me up from the side of a highway, and this time passing, I called their number, and spoke to someone who then told me to call another number and speak to Fuzz. I called, and was told that he was going to be another 2 hours because he was picking up tires or something. I try to understand other peoples jobs, and not knowing all that it takes I try not to pass judgment on what it takes to do them, but after having the local police to my location twice, both by the concern of my insurance company, and they made the call to them, and the police calling another company because of the high speed, and concern for the issue, and it was getting darker because I was waiting for 2+ hours at this point. Hearing that Fuzz from Bradshaw Service Station from Ridgeley, WV, 26753, was too busy getting tires over helping someone on the side of a highway over 400 miles from home, was really wrong for me, and this is why for my review of this company. I waited almost a month to write this review to make sure that I was over any real anger for this action, or lack of action by this company. I was able to get help from the local police, my insurance company, and Shelly from JTC Customs INC Towing and Recovery, who assisted in helping me find a place to go for great service and help, to go to Red Ridge Auto for service. Chris from Red Ridge Auto and all of the guys there took care of making someone from out of state, feel better and took care of all of my needs. I could not ask for anything more, because they did all the extras to help me get home. Thanks again for helping me get home safe.

Now back to Fuzz and Bradshaw Service Station from Ridgeley, WV. Thanks for nothing. Doing anything over helping someone on a side of a highway, does not make sense to me, and most of the standard population in this country. I hope just one person reads this and does NOT use your service, because there are better people out there then these losers. I will never ask or use this company for anything, and I hope everyone else does the same too. Use your own judgment, but this situation did happen to me, and if I wrote this that week of the issue, there would be some curse words all of this posting. But since I waited, I think I explained my feeling well enough to let everyone know that this company sucks, and just do not waste your time with them. Thanks for reading. E-d.
