Our mission is to provide creative, resourceful and innovative coping strategies to children, parents, couples and families.

Adults: We offer in depth evaluations and psychotherapy for a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, grief or trauma. We also do life coaching and work in a solution focused way to address a wide range of problems. Children: We offer psychosocial evaluations, through assessments and therapy for a wide range of problems of childhood and adolescence. We work with ADHD, behavior problems. depression, anxiety, phobias, grief and trauma. Substance Abuse: We offer substance abuse evaluations and therapy to address many additions, including alcohol, marijuana or other recreational drugs. We also work with food, shopping and video game addictions. Family/Couples: We offer family therapy as well as premarital counseling and marriage therapy. We also offer discernment counseling to
