This Company CEO is telling us that it is no longer in business just so that they won't have to pay us. We have been trying to get paid for jobs completed almost a year ago. There's always another excuse for the check not coming. The mail went out without a stamp, the computer crashed, I had the flu, he even said his father-in-law was very sick, that was disgusting to lie about that. Now we're calling all these companies that we worked for and telling them what's going on, they all think Dependable Ductwork is still in business and don't know what Joe Baribeau is doing to his employees. These are companies like McDonalds, Burger King, Big Y, too many to list but these stores and all resturants should check their hood stickers to see if they say Dependable Ductwork OR Coastal Enviro-Solutions to avoid problems with Dependable Ductwork company. We have pictures and dates of all work finished. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY

Keep the pressure on with Ct Dol, Federal Dol, and IRS because he's committing fraud by not paying everyone and claiming you as a employment expenses. Keep the pressure on. Go to Ct judicial to see all lawsuits (civil and small claims) against this scammer!!!! Don't work for or. Do business with him!
