I missed the funeral of a dear friend when Mike Rashidi refused to honor the Priceline unlimited mileage on my confirmation. When I argued with him and tried to show him the confirmation, he had his desk personnel call the police. During the same time I heard his desk personnel arguing with a customer over the phone to explain several additional charges from supposed red light cameras. I will never do business with them, and will not deal with Priceline again for recommending this company.
