Emergent Strategic Consulting is an innovative management and marketing consulting firm, focused on sustainable community development. Along with our associates, we provide full service alternative energy planning, construction, engineering and project development throughout the U.S. and Caribbean. Our non-profit activities include Clean Water Advocacy, Local-Regional-National Rail Transport Program Development, Sustainable Urban Agriculture Coalition Marketing and Outreach Chairperson. We have worked extensively PACE programs (Property Assessed Clean Energy) to provide long term, low interest financing for energy efficiency improvement to properties in order to create jobs and push forward developments in such technologies.
