Reviews for Exterior Recovery Inc
This company endangered my life at an on ramp in Wake Forest, NC. The company truck was behind me at a yield sign to merge onto an on ramp to a highway. I believe the driver, a man, was upset that I did not push my accelerator to the floor to merge between a stone hauler and a semi. The gap was not large enough for me to safely put an older hybrid vehicle into as it isn't a vehicle meant for fast acceleration. As the semi passed I started to accelerate and at the point when the lanes were 3/4 merged this company vehicle, a beat up pick up truck with a tail gate partially held in place with straps, passed on the left swerving to move in front of me and forcing my wheels off the road way. I suppose the driver must have felt he was responding to an emergency to drive so recklessly and to risk the lives of other people. At the next stop light I pulled up to the truck and took a picture so that I could contact the company as I felt they wouldn't have wanted the liability if I had been unable to control my car when I was forced off the road by their employee. Apparently I was incorrect, the owner of the company claims I was obviously texting because I took a photo of his vehicle and driver. If I want to text someone while driving, all I have to do is touch a button on my steering wheel and talk; my car and phone will send the text. The only reason I needed to lift my phone was to take a photo while safely stopped at a red light so I could contact the company. Think about this; if this company doesn't care about risking lives, doesn't care about maintaining their own vehicles, why would you trust them to care about the exterior of your home?
