A quest for a better Po Boy led founder Reesie and hungry taste testing brother Colin Elder to open up their own Po Boy kitchen. Tired of the same old fast food options and disappointed with the "gourmet" lunch restaurants, Reesie & Colin decided to open their own Po boy shop and make it truly unique. After experimenting with a blend of different flavors, Reese was finally satisfied with the unique blend of Urban and traditional cuisines to make the best Po Boy Sandwiches ever. But, not to leave out their vegetarian friends, Reesie was sure to include plenty of vegetarian options on the menu. After teaming up with Colin Elder who was more than willing to eat everything in sight, the two perfected the menu and experienced great success with Fat Boys . Now, the pair is looking to open their first physical location in the far West Fairfield, CA. Look out for it in March 2015!
