Giselle Leon Jimenez, P.A. is your local licensed marriage and family therapist in Miami, Florida. I have been working in the family and human relationship field since 2003 when I was hired by The Children Psychiatric Center to work in the inner schools in Miami. I have worked in the field doing home visits, group therapy and family literacy with families and adolescents at risk. I have extensive experience in early childhood education and development as well as working with adolescents and high conflict families. I am currently completing my PhD at Nova Southeastern University. I became licensed after three years of supervision post-master. My master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy allowed me to learn and understand the complexity and multiple realities people face in their lives.
