He charges large extra pest control fees every month, yet his buildings he rents are infested! He harrasses tenants, and prefers to rent to illegals, and also employs illegals. He then uses his Handyman company to do the work in his houses, then he gives huge bills for the work, and keeps the deposits for things like nail holes. He prefers illegals because they have to go along with whatever he says, and when the person isn't an illegal, then he tries to trick them, or harass them into doing what he wants. He charges outrageous prices, and pays his illegals barely anything. He has a nephew that sometimes works for him, but usually, its only illegal aliens. He acts like a godly person, but he's really a "front row preacher"!!
