The approval process was pretty easy. Getting the property manager and maintenance to fix several violations on the home is difficult. Broken windows, exposed insulation, no smoke detector and getting a key to house are pretty basic things the owner should have taken care of before leasing. We were given the key to the back door and noone seemed to know what happened to the front door key. The home owner/property manager lack professionalism and responsibility of making sure the property is compliant before leasing and accepting people's money.
