Homecrete Homes' website states that the company builds "high performance homes", what is a high performance home?

We bought a brand new house from Homecrete Homes, it rained within a year of moving in and our house was flooded. We contacted the company and they came to offer repairs and said that the stucco had cracks but would take care of it. A year later, it rained again for about 40 minutes and our house was flooded once more. We have discovered that Homecrete Homes builds defective homes, they violate the local building codes and cut corners during the construction of their homes. We have spent almost $30,000 in paying legal fees, mold remediation, an architect, a structural engineer and much more.

We found out that at least three other homeowners who bought Homecrete Homes have the exact same problem: when it rains, water sips through the walls where there is no water stopper and comes into the house.

Homecrete needs to be a responsible builder and fix their defective houses. They need to stop building crappy houses and leave the city of Port St. Lucie. DO NOT BUY A HOMECRETE HOUSE, THEY ARE CRAPPY AND YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY.
