Reviews for Horseshoe Bend Marina
Recently visited Horshoe Bend Marina for fuel, we were greated first buy a boat sinking in one of the slips, next buy no one and I mean they didn't even lift a finger to help tie up or pump gas, next buy a German Shepherd that smelled like dead fish and it wants to rub all over you. Apparently the dog runs the place, once the fuel was pumped (buy me) it almost seemed an inconvenience to the lady inside that we even showed up, because she had to ring up the fuel bill and I used a cc to pay for well over $100 worth of fuel she just kinda grunted and handed me the bill to sighn. I hope they deal in volume because they certainly don't deal in repet customers if everyone is treated like that.
Ive been going to Horseshoebend Marina for sevetal year's.
I know that the pumps are SELF SERVE & they have signs posted clearly by the pump.
I do not understand how a sinking boat could great anyone?????
THEY GIVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!
There the only Marina around that will TOW YOUR BOAT IN FOR FREE IF YOU RENT STALES FROM THEM.
They do not repair boats, so if the boat was sinking im sure the Marina was trying to assist the customer as best as they could.
This customer must have a big tank.
The Gas and Store is for the customers convenience.
The Dog is very clean and well groomed. He is an very warm to me and all the customers. He dosent smell and Rub Up Against Customer's.
Ive never seen or heard the Lady at the register being Rude!
Im think the above cutomer is just a negative person and diffentlley NEEDS A PAIR OF EYES GLASSES THE SIGNS ARE CLEARLY POSTED SELF SERVE.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE MARINA AND DOG, as Well As The Lady at the Register !!!!!
