My husband and I have been very confident in having our health care needs met by Jeannie and her staff.

She has been our primary care physician for nearly 2 decades. As a retired nurse I'll admit my standards for any practice is pretty high. It's unfortunate that so many folks don't understand what is and should be possible,then require it from their medical providers.

Dr B and her staff are extremely well trained. They take the time to invest in each patient.

Shannon and Deborah, Dr B's NPs are top notch! Along with being skilled they are as intuitive as Dr B herself.

2 years ago Shannon saw my husband for a series of headaches. Bob had almost never had headaches in the past, but was suddenly experiencing prolonged ones. Considering our family was experiencing a sharp increase in stress it would have been understandable to diagnose them as stress induced. Instead, she "had a feeling". A MRI revealed a Sinus Mucocele the size of a roll of nickles! Since his surgery the headaches are nearly nonexistent.

Deborah is deeply empathetic. She connects with you at every visit, following the practices way of making you feel as much a friend as a patient!

It continues to amaze me that despite the hundreds of patients seen every week, Dr Birkenhauer never fails to ask after our family, remembering our history and celebrating with us our victories.

If any complaint can be made it might be the length of time spent waiting. However considering how devoted patients become to this practice the numbers really should be understood. They get to you as quickly as possible and the care is beyond worth any inconvenience.
