I spent many years learning and understanding the truth of high self esteem. As a youth, I did not know what this even meant. I actually became familiar with this concept helping someone who was in a bad place in their life. As I learned more, I realized I had better take a look at myself because maybe my esteem wasn't as high as it needed to be. I began attending seminars, reading books, watching people and over the years, realizations and enlightenment evolved and I could actually feel myself going to the next level. My two books were written with hope that people could comprehend the everyday trials and mistakes that actually shape our esteem . There really is no right or wrong with how we become...only who we become...we have the power to make those changes
