We paid him a few thousand dollars plus filing fees, server fees, ect. He went to court once. Didn't bring up anything we discussed before court. For weeks after court we tried calling and leaving messages and text messages that were NOT returned. one day chuck calls us demanding a few more thousand dollars. We informed him that when we received a return call to set up moving forward with our custody case we would gladly pay them the money they were requesting, which joe did next to nothing. I had to do all the research and email it to his wife. We never heard from them. It's been about a year now and my husband was in lowes picking up materials when he hears a man calling him a "pussy motherfucker" he turns around to see Joe Indelicato and his wife Kathy! unprofessional!! My husband ignored him and goes to load the truck when Indelicato walks out of lowes with his wife and begins saying "see that pussy motherfucker right there, he won't say shit to me" I was floored! DO NOT USE THEM
