We've had our heat pump repaired by Just Cool It on several occasions. Mr. Samperi is polite and really knows his stuff!! A part needed to be ordered for this last repair and he took the time to explain to me, over the phone going step by step, how to hook up a temporary fix in order to get the air working and my family comfortable again. I've found Mr. Samperi to be professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.
