My stepfather is John S. Rossi Jr. and staying at Lafayette Health Care Facility in Mayo, Florida. He has laid in his messes. The bathroom has had messes on the toilet, wall and floor from Friday to Monday. Not been cleaned. Left in his chair for more than 2 hours. Asked to be removed and not.
He has had 3 long sleeve shirts, 1 short sleeve shirt, 3 boxer shorts missing. We gave him a letter opener and a large nail clippers and they were taken from him, because he was not aloud to have them, so I came to get them and I was only given the letter opener. They could not find the nail clippers. The clippers were special made. Also he had a Tom Brady Jersey he wore for the Super Bowl and of course that is missing too.
I brought a wash basket in so I can do his wash, but I really wonder if this is going to resolve the problem.
