The Management at Linwood Terrace in Linwood, Mn is terrible. Tom, the manager "does not care about the residents living there, just the money coming in." Very hard to deal with and does not mind if there are drugs there. He said it is clear "hearsay". In my opinion, having children there, this is not the place to raise kids. If you are looking for a Landlord that cares about you and your well being, keep looking! Horrible!!! Multiple complaints from residents and nothing done. Police constantly in the park and "very aware of the drug use in the park". Management turns a blind eye and continually allows this to go on. DONT GET STUCK IN THIS PARK!!!
