A judge has ruled that the owner of this company Renee Featherman (before she owned this company) to pay a former tenant of hers $$back payment for over payment. I will not go into details but the court records are public to anyone! I have tried since 2012 to get payment , but now she can open a company and expect people to pay her back???? I have mailed so many letters trying payment options - over the years that I can't count and have spent so much in mail . It doesn't matter if you feel you are right or not - a judge has ordered it - case is closed , please just do the right thing.
