Not the same bread!

What happened to the bread that I absolutely LOVE! It’s not the same! I loved it because it was like an English muffin only in bread form, however, NOW it’s like bread texture, smooth, not holy like a muffin! NOT THE SAME!! What did they do that made it so different. Please change it back! It’s still good, just not what it used to be! Also, why can’t we find it in Florida! I have to have my husband transport it from Iowa!!
