Prices are okay. However the trailers are mostly very old and have a lot of issues. Some parts of the floors are weak and need repair. Rain came through some of our windows. The roof leaked and there is mold. And, trying to get Randy the supervisor to fix things is next to impossible. Management would rather let you leave versus you complaining or them fixing things right. Repair can take months before anything is done. I can't recommend renting from them ever.
