Dr. Melendrez over-charges patients and will not work with them when insurance won't cover his high costs. He justifies his prices based on what California doctors charge and the fact that he is the ONLY chiropractor on the island. However, he is by no means a "leader" in his field, nor is the small room in his house equivalent to a professional office. He wears creepy sweat pants and an old t-shirt with holes. He mis-diagnosed me and my husband, so we both spent thousands of $ on treatment that had no positive results.
