Why you don't make HWY 380 between Honda and Capitan safe? There be some railing missing, this goes down the Canon, before the last curve before you come to Capitan. The rest of this part between Honda and Capitan of 380 is in very pure condition and is not safe. 380 between Capitan and Carrizozo is very good. To drive between Honda and Capitan in the wintertime is even worse. The country road 246 is in a lot better condition than HWY 380. And this is a lot of traffic on 380
