New Pathway to Health LLC is a health and wellness company that works with individuals and corporations to help men and women find their path to the healthy individual that they want to be. We work with eating compulsion, no diet diets, stress relief, movement that the individual client loves and how to be happier in this crazy world. Everyone is born perfect. As we grow, we discover feelings that frighten us and therefore we put them in little boxes in a special room and throw away the key. Unfortunately, those feelings have a tendency to seep out and affect us in every day life. By gently accepting and befriending our feelings, we can overcome what we did instead of feeling them, i.e., over-eating, over-exercising and over-stressing.
