Danger!

In April 2021 I signed to purchase a Generac Standby generator from this company. I paid a $13000+ (yes, thats thirteen thousand dollars+) to this company in order for them to order the generator. They said 6-12 weeks for delivery and installation. In October 2021 I began contacting them as I HAD NOT heard anything from them. They Kept blaming supply problems and kept telling me it was on some ship somewhere out in the ocean. Finally in November and December of 2021 I requested cancellation of the order and a refund of my deposit. I continued to get the run around and in late December of 2021 they would not answer any of my voice mail messages or emails. As of this date 10/06/2022 I have neither received my money back nor a generator. My review for this company is they are a deceitful business and I would NOT recommend anyone use them nor have anything to do with them
