Property Management Associates

Property Management Associates sent out an incorrect snow removal contract(from a different homeowners' association) to several businesses when we were looking to cut back our costs. No business would accept the old contract, so we asked PMA to send out the correct contract, which they did,and then we received multiple bids. We ended up staying with our current snow removal company when they quoted $75 per salt application to the driveways/parking lot. Come to find out later, Property Management signed a contract for double that amount $150 for each salt application (without the boards' approval). Our condo community has lost money (total amount unknown) because of Property Management Associates' mistake. This contract was signed by PMA for two years.
