Business description

Custom made, handcrafted purses with reversible cover, organizer pockets inside, and quilted handles. Tote/ shopping bags.

As a semi-retired teacher, I have the opportunity and time to pursue other interests. I have always loved sewing and crafts, which I learned to do as a child. Making clothes, costumes, and quilting were some of the things I did as a hobby.About three years ago, my sister in law, showed me how to make this purse with a reversible cover. I loved it. She gave me one and told me to go home and try making some of my own. I accepted the challenge, started shopping for fabrics right away. The possibilities were endless. I took the purse I was given, every where I went, and couldn't believe all of the compliments I was getting about the purse. The next thing I know, ladies were asking me to make a purse for them. I made some changes in size, pockets, and handles; and came up with a purse that I was happy with, and that I would willingly make for others. With help and imput from friends, family, and others that I have met along the way, I have been able to take a hobby and turn it into a small business. I am truly blessed.
