We bought this dip and it was spoiled. Don Scallan repeatedly accused me of freezing the dip as the reason for it being spoiled. What an INSULT !! From the supposed owner of this company.

Beware of the Poor Customer Service from Don Scallon who Does Not Care about Consumer Complaints and Does Not Return Phone Calls !!! Don Scallan is the person I have dealt with to no avail. I have been threatened with Legal Action if I post my complaint. Do I care ? The more reason to tell the world about my complaint. His gross intimidation is another reason to bring this into the open. I am a retired veteran on SSI in a wheelchair. We have a shopping service who does our shopping.
