Sears carpet came to my house on 11/18/2014 to clean my carpet. After (Earl) the technician started to put his equipment together I noticed a large piece of dirty lint hanging from the hose. I said to him “are you bringing dirty equipment in the house to clean my carpet” and he said “no mon”. He cleaned five rooms and two area rugs. The carpet and rugs were completed soaked and took about three (3) days to dry. I called sears and asked them why the carpet is taking such a long time to dry when they initially told me it would takes anywhere between four to six hours when I scheduled the appointment. I did not get an answer.

When the carpet finally dried it was a horrible mess, it was completely discolored and stained with white powder residue which I never had before. I called sears and they sent another technician named Jan Verano on 11/21/14 to clean the carpet, he took pictures of the carpet, spoke with someone on the phone, and then proceeded to clean the carpet upstairs. I heard a loud rumbling sound coming down the stairs, I jumped up and I saw the technician on the top of the stairs and his hose ( cleaning equipment) was at the bottom of the stairs. The hose dinged up the stairs in front of me and he told me he did not do it. I told him to leave. The rooms that he cleaned still were discolored with white residue. I called sears again and they send out another technician to clean the carpet for the third time. After the carpet dried is was still a terrible mess. I called sears again and they sent out another technician and he took one look at the carpet and left. He said that management needs to come out and look at it. The supervisor named Brad came out with the Earl the first technician and looked at the carpet, took pictures and told me that someone will be calling me regarding the carpet. A lady Named Courtenay CALLED ME AND ASKED ME TO SEND HER PICTURES OF THE CARPET. I send the picture and several letters, they never respond. Now the carpet in my whole house is totally destroyed and needs to be replaced. BEWARE OF SEARS CARPET, THEY DO NOT CELAN CARPET, THEY DESTROYED CARPET.
