Serrano Rey Enterprises Inc

Initiated a purchase of a part for a film processor via ebay from Serrano Rey. Charged me $56 for shipping a 1.5 lbs part to Tennessee via expedited shipping. What their sailsman Carl actually did was ship the item priority mail at a much lower cost. Then the seller tried to call me saying that he made a mistake and would be refunding me the price of shipping which as of 2 months later he has never done. Also, the postmen delivered a slip stating that the item had $9.10 due on the item of which I would not pay. When it was escalated to ebay the seller stated that I had talked to him and said that the item was delivered to my neighbor. This is not true and was a totally fabricated story by Carl. The tracking clearly shows that the item was never delivered, I have a letter from the USPS stating that it was never delivered and they will not give me a refund in the amount of $237.68. Through out the process the seller has called me repeatedly a liar, stating that I lied to him about this and that for conversations that I v=never had with him. Listen do yourself a favor and do not do business with these people. As you can see from at least one other review these people are dishonest, they do not stand by their products nor do they provide the most basic of customer support and in fact they will call you names, make up stories and just be plain rude. I will bet you that even the sellers response to this review will be rude. I ended up getting the part (which carl said was “One of a kind” and that there were “none other in the world but the one he had” for $75 with free shipping from a place in Reading PA. Called PTS.
