If there was a way to leave ZERO stars I would. He smoked in my house and left an awful smell.
He then screwed up the sanding of my floors and left scrapes, marks and Gauges on the floors, built ins, baseboards as well as on the new $32K kitchen cabinets. Then when applying the dark stain he spilled and left stain all over the white trim and stairs as well as the new white kitchen cabinets. It took 2 painters 3 says to repaint and fix his mess which cost me an additional $1800. I called Sonny Vo 7 times and sent 5 texts asking him to come and do the final coat of poly (which I had studiedly paid for in advance) He never responded which wasted 3 weeks of my time. I finally ended up having to hire a different flooring company to do the final coat so we could move into the house. STAY AWAY FROM SONNY VO. I hope he gets lung cancer and dies! (yes, I am that angry!)
