About mid November 2020 Sosa Sod re sodded our yard for the second time at a cost of$3846. 50 after the failure of their first sodding in May of 2020. For the second Sodding I followed all of their recommendations including Type of sod, type of top soil and use of their recommended lawn fertilization company for treatment of the lawn. 6 months later this sod began to fail too. The lawn treatment company blamed the sod that Sosa Sod had installed. Sosa blames the treatment company RCM lawn and Ornamental. Sosa Sod principle Martha will not even talk with me about a solution to the problem. Scotts, the developer of the sod suggested that a portion of the sod should be replaced at no charge with Sosa and the sod grower footing the bill. Sosa has not responded to that suggestion
