Vince is of the old school: if he says he'll be at your house at a certain time, that's when he's there!! If you call him and he's out on a job, he actually CALLS YOU BACK!! With years of experience, he is extraordinarily efficient and takes great pride in his work. He always leaves everything neat and tidy and never over-charges. He goes way and above the call of duty, to make sure everything is safe and secure. More and more of my family are using Vince for all their furnace repairs/replacement/cleaning and also for all their plumbing needs. I couldn't recommend him more. He's really exceptional and I don't know what my family would do without him!!!
