As a returning customer from seven years prior I sent in my $500 deposit July 2020, properly filling out the questionnaire and requesting an upcoming litter. That litter was taken down with no explanation or communication; next litter yielded 5 pups- none were offered; next litter yielded 8 pups- none offered; left a voice mail- no one called back; sent email asking that my deposit be rolled over to next upcoming litter with no response. That litter also disappeared. After five months of having my deposit I sent a three page letter and copy of negotiated check, never got a response. Two more litters came with none offered to me. Have since notified the AKC that this 'Breeder of Merit' is unethical.
