Dr. Zuckerman has been under investigation for unethical and unprofessional practices by the Virginia Board of Psychology since March of 2016. He is still under investigation as of July 26, 2016. He is also under investigation by the Maryland Board of Examiners of Psychologist for practicing in the state (of Maryland) without a license, a criminal offense. He has also been in contempt Court in Maryland. I would consider this individual a con man and stay away. He is a very dangerous individual. I would not be surprised if charged with other criminal charges, or has been sued several times.
