BED BUGS is one of a dozen reasons why this place is HORRIBLE. Owners leave nasty bed bug filled mattresses scattered randomly around the property, literally infesting every room for rent there. They haven't hired any sort of exterminator in over a year. Landlord Donald Wilson is absolutely unstable. He has destroyed my neighbors patio by getting drunk saying he's "in love" then goes into her patio and punches and kicks and rips absolutely everything in it including porch screens, plants, and personal belongings. Donald is suppose to be the man tenants are paying rent to and are suppose to call when there are problems and he has destroyed ONE OF HIS OWN TENANTS property. It is NOT SAFE to live here especially if you are a woman Donald obsesses over female tenants, stares at a distance, very very creepy. He had started a fight with my fiance, pushed him down, and continually yelled and made fun of him while my fiance stayed calm and called the cops instead like a mature adult. He had continually watched me and my fiance from a distance and had yelled insults to us every time we left and came back. I was practically running as fast as could while moving to get out of there as fast as possible for this place is completely unsafe, uncomfortable, and unsanitary. Dave Humphreys the owner of the property hires prostitutes who are constantly walking around outside and helps pay for them with his tenants rent money. Cops are constantly in and out on the property for both Donald and other tenants living there. WARNING DO NOT LIVE HERE.
