199 WESTERN PROMENADE is a new housing initiative for 10 adults with disabilities. Our website provides a description of the property, services, and ownership model. 199 Western Promenade is a grand historic home with a unique location ideally suited for independent living. It is in close proximity to services, bus lines, work, and programs as well as family and friends. Each resident will have his private bedroom and common areas for meals, recreation, and socializing to suit her taste. Many bedrooms include a private bathroom. Our plans include handicap accessibility and an elevator to the second floor. This is a private housing option. Each Resident's family is an owner in a not for profit housing cooperative.
