3s Management provides owner representation for all phases of a construction project, from inception to completion. Typically a construction project consists of four distinct groups, all experts in their respective fields: the owner, the design group, the fulfillment group and local agencies. Since the owner's expertise is rarely in construction, they often need support. That's where 3s Management comes in, helping the owner understand the roles and responsibilities of all the project players, including themselves, and facilitating the success of all parties within their roles.
