Business description
C.A.S.P.E.R. is an LED Sign on steroids. Community Awareness and Stimulus Plan for Emergency Readiness through FEMA IPAWS - also a fundraising system
C.A.S.P.E.R. is an LED Sign on steroids. LED Signs have proven to be very effective at spreading information. LED Signs are used by a wide variety of organizations for things like general text announcements, streaming video to large crowds, and also as sales tools. The Small Business Administration even states that LED Signs can increase sales from 15-150%, at just 10% of the cost of traditional advertising. What C.A.S.P.E.R. does is adds two ground-breaking features to this valuable communication medium. First we incorporate Emergency Alerts and Warnings from both FEMA’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) and C.A.S.P.E.R. Alerts. IPAWS is the nation’s new Alert and Warning Infrastructure to issue alerts through every connected device (including TV, satellite, radio, internet, 4G, Wifi, and now C.A.S.P.E.R.). C.A.S.P.E.R. Alerts take Alerts and Warnings a step farther by allowing local Alerting Authorities like Dispatch or Emergency Management to issue Alerts, warnings, and directions - before, during and after disasters with full Text, Image, and Video capabilities. This is also extremely useful during AMBER Alerts and other missing or wanted person alerts. The second feature C.A.S.P.E.R. includes is significant for Non-Profit Organizations. It’s called Sponsortizing. Using Sponsortizing NPO’s can bring on sponsors that donate money in return for a slide on their C.A.S.P.E.R. System’s daily content. Sponsortizing will cover the full cost of their C.A.S.P.E.R. System, and these Non-Profit Organizations can continue to raise upwards of hundreds of thousands of dollars in donations for their organization throughout the life of their C.A.S.P.E.R. system, which is over 11 years running 24/7.
