Boston Properties, Rudin Development and WeWork, in conjunction with the Brooklyn Navy Yard Development Corporation (BNYDC), are collaborating in the development of an innovative new 675,000 RSF state-of-the-art Brooklyn coworking office space for the technology and start-up community, 16-story building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard to cater to the rapidly emerging technology and creative industries in Brooklyn. The building will be one of the largest NYC commercial buildings to be built outside of Manhattan in decades. Designed by S9 Architecture, an affiliate of Perkins Eastman, the building's aesthetic celebrates the surrounding maritime and industrial history of the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
