Over the years, as marketing practices have evolved, so too have the services offered by My Favorite Web Designs. The agency employs a buddy system for its coding staff, complemented by peer reviews from coding management. The coding department consists of nine full-time members.

Additionally, the agency features a specialized three-person graphics team, including an artist focused on display ads. A similarly structured team is dedicated to video production, equipped with full-time staff and voiceover resources. This video team collaborates closely with the ads department to produce animated, responsive display ads.

Other specialized teams within the agency include those handling AdWords, social media, landing pages, and blog management, all overseen by four account managers under the direction of the general manager and owner.
