Shogun Martial Arts of Rochester, NY is a family friendly martial arts academy which provides a safe and progressive training environment for people of all ages who are looking to get in shape, learn self defense skills, build confidence, and take their martial arts training to another level. We teach a hybrid system in both our striking and grappling programs which incorporate the most effective techniques and strategies from boxing, kempo, Muay Thai kick boxing, isshin-ryu, Judo, Wresting, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. We teach classes for both kids and adults and don’t believe in short cuts. We believe in the journey or hard work and dedication, which in turn improves the self and spurs us to our potential as human beings.
