I made a first-time appointment at Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics at phone 254-207-0786; email The StonehavenDental.com. There I met Doctor Lee, DDS; I met Doctor Alexander, Orthodontics, Miss Briana, Hygienist, the staff members, and receptionist what support the facility. Their procedure is to place you into a room and have the Doctors and staff rotate into your area to assess your oral needs in an a one time setting. I meet every one who provided services to me based on my dental needs. Last, I met the business lady who itemized the bill and presented the cost for service rendered. I was shocked to see the bill was much lower than other dental services that I have had performed in my mouth. She offered me a monthly payment plan, but I prefer Visa.

Doctor Lee, DDS made a complete dental examination to identify pathologies and develop a customized treatment plan. His staff performed the initial exam doing multiple colored X-Rays, cleaning, and referral for my orthodontics needs. I was impressed with the expert training his staff did in the performance of their duties on the modern technology equipment. They gave me a diagnostic briefing as we viewed on a large screen the results of the X-rays of my teeth as related to the concerns of Doctor Lee. They were friendly, kind, and caring (not pushy) and stayed professionally on task.

I met Doctor Alexander, Dental Orthodontics who was in-house this day. I was impressed with his training, service, philosophy and knowledge. He evaluated the work in my mouth of previous orthodontics and gave past orthodontics and me a good report. He made an assessment of my needs and in his consultation made a treatment plan. His staff immediately went to work, having an in-house laboratory, to make an impression, a bite registration to replicate the patient’s bite during the fabrication of a new night guard for my mouth to keep my teeth in alignment. An appointment was made for the fitting as soon as his staff has completed their in-lab work.

I met Miss Briana, Hygienist. I was looking for a really skilled hygienist because of the bridges and wires in my mouth. She examined my mouth for signs of oral diseases and provided consultation being pleased with my ability to maintain good oral health. She applied topical liquid-no pain solution prior to the cleaning and fluoride treatment after the cleaning. My upper and lower teeth were expertly cleaned around the bridges and wires. I highly recommend her work because of her detail in performance.

Lastly, the financial department showed me the bill, which was below expectation considering the expert performance of the two doctors, one hygienist and all their staff. She offered me a payment plan, but I prefer visa.

What a wonderful time I had at the Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics in Hewitt, TX. Being with the employees made me happy; looking at my teeth at the end of the day made me so proud. It is worth every penny of your budget to see the dentist every year, and follow their plan; so when you are age 81, like me, your teeth are still beautiful and you can bite an apple. Only you and your dentist at Stonehaven Dental & Orthodontics, Hewitt, TX can work like a team to keep you healthy.
