Home Inspection Company. I specialize in both buyer and seller inspections for residential and rental properties.

Your home inspection can be your most important decision when buying OR selling a home. Take advantage of my 15 years in the construction industry, and "protect your investment." No one can tell you more about the condition of your home than I can. I promise to give you a thorough, visual inspection without dazzling or confusing you. If you spend 3-4 hours with me, it might save you thousands of dollars later. If you choose to do a radon inspection, I run a continious 48 hour test with a back up charcoal test for accuracy. The results are supplied to you in a 3 page report by one of the leading labs in the country. If you have a well, allow me to test the water for purity. I am InterNACHI and NIFAST certified, and continue to educate myself to serve you better.
