Having been unemployed for a year, I knew that I needed to keep busy and I also knew I needed to have some type of income. Because of the economy, I knew many others were in the same situation. I decided to open my Thrift Store so I and others could sell things we didn't use anymore and promote our handcrafted items. Having an Administrative Assistant/bookkeeping background, I knew I could also offer my services to companies who couldn't afford to hire people on a regular basis.
