Since 2007 A & E has designed over 70 tenant finish outs, new construction, remodels and modular projects, ranging from simple white boxes, restaurants, retail, medical offices, business offices and salons. My experience as a builder and commercial building inspector plays an integral part in getting your project smoothly through the city development department and providing you a complete set of working drawings. A & E can provide you a simple set of construction drawings to get you permitted and leave all the decision making up to you, or we can provide a turnkey project management role handling your project from start to finish, including design, permitting, subs, and construction.
