Formerly Downing Chiropractic and Chiropractic Advantage, we've been delivering quality chiropractic care to the Fayetteville community since 1928. Established by Dr. Earl Downing, Downing Chiropractic was one of the first chiropractic offices in the state of North Carolina. Dr. Robb Twaddell purchased the practice from Dr. Robert Downing in 1996. We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our judgment and years of experience. The primary adjusting techniques we use include: Diversified, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Spinal Decompression, Impulse and Extremities.
