We specialize in Apartment/Residential appliance service and product replacement and Builder Sales. A & K is not a retail appliance store that works with consumers, but we do provide appliance service to anyone in need. Our pricing is wholesale to our customers and is well below the controlled advertised prices common in the mass media. Our turn key approach provides a wide selection of brand names, delivery and installation as well as warranty service on the products we sell. Our interest is in repeat purchases and the development of long term relationships. We work with many of the large Property Management Companies, New Home Builders and Remodeling Companies. Our customer base also includes Fix & Flip Entrepreneurs, Licensed Realtors and local Housing Authorities.
