we start out by covering all your equipment with plastic, then we start on the roof by cleaning the fan and ductwork and work our way down, we clean the hood and filters, after removeing the grease and cleaning up, we provide our sticker to certify that our work is guarenteed to pass inspection through the fire marshals, and the Health department, Our satisfaction is guaranteed. We also degrease deep fryers, stoves, and do repairs on the exhaust systems, we also provide a maintance on exhaust fans, which consist of greaseing the upper and lower barrings, replaceing the belts,takeing compressed air and blowing out the motor to clear it of all soot.
